    I had a new heating and AC unit put in my home recently. It worked great the first day, but now the thermostat and the whole unit shut down after about 10 hours of working.   • Limit switch replaced

    We just had our limit switch replaced two days ago, and we have the heat set on 70 but there is cold air coming from the vents. Plus the fan run constantly until i have to reset it. Our maintainence guy said everything should be fine and that he will be out again in the spring for our annual checkup.

  • Furnace will not turn off

    We have a new furnace that we bought from a wholesaler and had our contractor put in when we remodeled our house. It is an electric furnace and it will not shut off. It just continues to run even after we turn the thermostat to off. We have to walk over to the furnace and shut it off manually. The furnace is not even three years old. What could be our problem?

  • Soap suds spill out of toilet

    I live on the bottom floor of a three-story building. Our units have put washers and dryers on each of our balconies and now I get soap suds spilling out of my toilets as do some of my neighbors on the first floor. What can I or any plumber do to correct this problem?
