I would like to know the cost for a heating unit checkup. What is included in an ARS Yearly Maintenance Service Plan?

Pricing for heating and cooling tuneups vary by market and by number and type of unit(s) needing to be checked. At ARS/Rescue Rooter, our annual Home Service Plan (HSP) includes:
- Two seasonal tune-ups
- One-year warranty on repair parts and labor
- Priority emergency service within 24 hours of your call
- Preferred pricing on service, repair, installation and after-hours charges
- National flexibility - move anywhere within our service areas and continue to utilize our home comfort services for your new home.
- Filter installation - if you have a new filter on hand during a service visit, we will install it for you.
Included among the services specific to our HSP heating tune-up are: clean and adjust burners; inspect heat exchanger; visually inspect duct work for proper airflow; and calibrate your thermostat(s).
