The air condition unit is running, but the fan will not come on.
When your AC unit is running but you know that your fan is not on, it is best to immediately turn the unit off and consult a qualified professional. If only the air conditioner is running, the unit will freeze up and possibly the entire air conditioner will be damaged. Among the possible scenarios, the fan motor or the component controlling the fan motor may be defective. I suggest you contact a professional HVAC technician, like the ARS/Rescue Rooter branch in Laurel, MD at (301) 333-8888, for a complete assessment of your problem and the overall condition of your HVAC system.
