Both toilets clogged

Both of my toilets are clogged, but my bathtubs run fine as well as my sinks. We snaked the drain line with a 100 foot snake, but still have the problem. Any idea of what this could be? I don't think it's the actual toilets as they both will flush if left alone for several hours.

Without knowing the layout of your toilets or your plumbing system it is difficult to offer a specific answer. I can tell you that in most cases of this type it ends up being necessary to pull the toilet and snake out the pipes all the way from the toilet closet bend to the main sewer line. I advise that this is done for both toilets.
