Charge for replacing two capacitors

How much would you charge to replace two capacitors on my outside condensor unit for no fan? I was charged $490, and that seems way high. I think I should have paid $150 to $200.

When you are replacing parts of air conditioning systems, such as the two capacitors you had replaced on your outside condensor unit, you will find that every unit is different. Sometimes there will be specialty manufacturer-only components that must be replaced. ARS/Rescue Rooter does not give out any pricing online, especially when we have not personally looked at the unit. Also, it is impossible to offer specifics using the facts provided.
