Cold water from my tankless water heater

What can I do to fix my tankless water heater? It doesn’t heat the water in the house. Sometimes it will kick in and give me hot water but the last three days it’s been nothing but cold water. Help!

The first step to correcting your problem with your tankless water heater is to look for the technical support number that is listed on the water heater. Tech support may be able to walk you through a simple repair. It is important to know at what temperature the hot water heater was set. From what you describe, it sounds as though the water heater might have thrown a code on the control panel. This keeps the heater from firing up. I always recommend contacting a licensed plumbing contractor, such as the Rescue Rooter LA Basin location at (800) 225-1136, to make an appointment for the diagnosis of problems with tankless water heaters.
