Ever since my power went out, my furnace won't stay on after pushing the reset button. I've done this several times now , and it still won't stay on. Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot this myself?
Most likely there is a safety mechanism that is keeping the furnace from staying on. As the furnace can be a major safety concern, I would highly suggest contacting a professional HVAC technician, like ARS/Rescue Rooter, to diagnose and repair your unit.
