I have a children’s toy stuck in my toilet. What is the easiest way to get it our besides a plunger?

Unfortunately it is nearly impossible to properly diagnose this type problem without inspecting the situation firsthand. Your biggest concern however is preventing the toy from going into the sewer system and potentially causing additional problems and expenses to retrieve. I would recommend calling a trusted plumbing professional to take a look at your toilet.
