We have water marks coming on the carpet from underneath. they start as perfectly formed round circles. The pipes are in the ceiling and the carpet is not wet by the walls. Are we looking at foundations problems?
It is possible that you have foundation problems, or it could just be the slab compensating. Unfortunately I can only speak to recommendations on the plumbing side. It sounds like you might need to call a water damage or carpet cleaning company, as they have moisture detectors that can rule out water and give you an idea of what the problem is.
