I am interested in installing the Navien Tankless water heater. I know there is a $500 credit between plumber and owner. Federal is $1500? My house is 3750 square feet with 5 Bedrooms and 4 full baths. Does SC have any good credits in 2010? What is estimated total cost and what Navien system would you recommend for my house?

If you purchase and install a qualifying tankless water heater, you are eligible for a tax credit equal to 30% of the full purchase and installation price up to a maximum of $1,500. This tax credit expires December 31, 2010. New construction and rentals do not qualify. Also, you must install the water heater in an existing home that is your principal residence. To receive an accurate estimate and a sound recommendation, I suggest you contact a professional plumbing contractor, such as ARS/Rescue Rooter of Myrtle Beach, SC at (843) 293-9999, for a complete check of your water heater and your plumbing.
